This rack mount comes complete with front-removable trays for 12x Raspberry Pi's. An expansion set with 4 extra brackets is optionally available if you want to use 16 RB Pi's (then the SSDs no longer fit)

The screws to secure the Pi to the tray are included. Extra (spare) Fast-Click buttons are also included.

Each Raspberry Pi can be individually removed from the rack mount from the front, while the rest remains in place. Quickly and easily with two handy fast-click buttons. No tools needed!

So changing the SD card is no longer a problem! Simply slide out the RB Pi at the front and voilà: SD card is easily accessible.

SSD

The silver element on the pictures is a 2.5" SSD. We got a lot of requests to develop a rack mount that could combine Raspberry Pi with a 2.5" SSD. So this is the answer. The SSD (7-9 mm thickness) can be mounted with the cable at the back (as shown here) or cable at the front. So in this new 3U Rack mount for 12-16 Raspberry Pi you can mount 12x Pi with SSD (7-9 mm thick) or 16x Pi without SSD (you need to add 4x additional bracket to expand from 12 to 16 Pis).
