This allows you to expand the front of the 19-inch Mac mini rackmount or the Intel NUC rackmount with a Cat.6A LAN connector that plugs into the LAN connector on the back of the Mac mini or NUC with the supplied LAN cable.
The speed is determined by the performance of your Mac mini (1Gb or 10Gb) or NUC (1Gb). This LAN Cat.6A connector can handle the highest speed of 10Gb.
